The whole bucket list debate came up recently at a friend’s birthday and it got me thinking about what sort of things I’d put on my bucket list and have I done anything with my life that I may have put on a list if I had made one 10 years ago.
One thing I have done which sticks out vividly is visiting New York. I was in the queue at uni buying my daily supply of Blue Ribbon’s back in 2009 and I swore to myself that I would make it to New York. Not only would I make it there but I would do something meaningful. I didn’t know what and I didn’t know how, I just knew that I would. A year later I was on a plane heading to JFK to coach sport to children all over the East coast. After a few days training it was July 4th and I had the pleasure of being in Manhattan, watching the fireworks over the Hudson River. It’s a moment I’ll never forget and now I’ve been to New York (Manhattan and many other areas) several times. It almost became my second home in 2012.
Anyway, over the last two or so years, I’ve very much become the type of person who doesn’t want to regret anything. I want to learn things that can’t be taught in the classroom,
Here is my ’30 before 30’ list – in no particular order. That would be stress.
- Gamble in Vegas. I’ve been, I actually spent my 21st there but I was a wet lettuce crying over my ex the whole.damn.time.
- Meet the man who I’ll want to marry.
You can apply via my contact page or dropping a comment below - Be in the best shape of my life.

- Write poetry.

Bungee jump over skydive or before 🙂
I’ve never considered a bungee jump – I think that’s something I’d be too scared to do seeing as I cant swim and hate open water lol the thought of crashing into the sea is not ideal haha. Where would you want to do that?
